WA-split pipe repair sleeves

Split reinforcement sleeves, are weldable repair sleeves that encaptulate a pipe. The halfsole units have beleved axial joints for welding to the damaged pipe.

Dented, wall thinning or weaken areas are strengtened by the split repair sleeve.

Reinforcement pipe sleeve repair sleeves have square cut butt ends for welding to the pipe. Weld protection strips may be installed in a grove cut as an option.

Closing clamp bolts may be attached for final closing before welding. Strap clamps or manual pipe jacks may also be used for final closing.

The units may ship with shop prime or no finish coating.

Backing strips may be milled on the inside. Compression closing for final welding may be accomplished by removable bolt clamps, .

Pipe repair for ship piping, oil/gas lines, water, steam and chemical pipes.

Available for all American and International pipe sizes.

Split repair sleeves are supplied, based on the client’s material requirements and lengths.

Design standards:

ASTM A516 Gr. 70 / API 5L
API 5L Grade X60/65 is also available
Longitudinal sides are beveled to enable welding
Lengths up to 3000mm
